Our BMW Lemon Law lawyer fight dealers to resolve BMW lemon issues!
You would be surprised to know that BMW, as one of the oldest and most highly regarded auto manufacturers, is not exempt from issues that are commonly known as “lemon cars”. Their list of known and common issues is extensive. One of the characteristics of a lemon vehicle is that the defect not only remains unfixed after multiple repair attempts but it also poses danger and threat to passengers, other vehicles, and pedestrians near your BMW.
A common problem is with the seatbelt, and there is a myriad of issues involving the BMW seat belts. One issue that can occur is continuously seeing the seatbelt light come on when the safety belts are properly clipped in. This could be due to the occupancy sensor mat not working properly or the belt clip not registering. There are recalls on several models seatbelts but not all. If your model is not covered, please contact us to discuss your potential case.
